We’re currently looking for a Business & Compliance Manager to join our team – someone with experience in business/compliance administration, or strong transferable skills from roles like operations management, office management, health & safety or quality assurance.

• Here’s what you can expect when you join our team:

  • A key role at the heart of the business
    You’ll keep the office and day-to-day operations running smoothly: keeping paperwork in order, supporting scheduling, and making sure staff, customers, and suppliers get the information they need.

  • Clear ownership of compliance and standards
    You’ll take the lead on Arb Approved evidence, LOLER/PUWER records, training matrices, health surveillance and incident logs, helping us stay compliant and ready for audits.

  • A people-focused, supportive environment
    You’ll look after staff files, holidays and timesheets, help with onboarding and inductions, and make sure everyone has the right PPE and training booked in.

  • Varied work (with a bit of number-crunching)
    You’ll provide light finance support – reconciling receipts and fuel cards, checking POs, helping with insurance documents, and keeping an eye on job costs against labour and materials.

  • Room to improve systems and processes
    You’ll keep our CRM and templates tidy, suggest better ways of working, and help the Director and Operations Manager make the day-to-day run more efficiently.
